tried to cut Flat Cable. It was because we saw your catalogue and said
that ZCUT-7 could cut shrink tube. Could you tell us what kind of stuffs can also cut? |

| Yes, our machine can cut flat cable. But please be reminded that the life of blade will be shortened. You can consult us if you want to cut other materials like shrink tube, ribbon and magic tapes. |

| Q4:When we try to cut Kapton tape with thickness less than 35 microns, the tape cannot come out from the outlet smoothly. Why? | |
| Yes, some kinds of tape may not cut so it is depends on itsf thickness. You can try to use ZCUT-2 when you cut the tape lesser than 60mm. | |
| Q5:How long does a blade unit / motor last? | |
| It depends on how many tapes customer cuts in a day, and what kind of tape they are cutting. | |
| Q6:Can we cut two different kinds of tape in a same time? | |
| It happens sometimes if the width and length of the tape are same. Tape in different material can be used without trouble. | |
| Q7:Please teach us when is the right time to put lubricant oil for the blade? | |
| No, it is unnecessary to put lubricant oil so often. Lubricant oil is a function to prevent residue stick on the blade. Too much lubricant oil cannot hold the tape and easy to drop down from the outlet. |

| Q8:I lost the tweezers which built on the body of a machine. Can I use our local type tweezers as a replacement? | |
| No problem. But you can or cannot store the tweezers on the body of a machine. However, we recommend you to buy a new one from us. | |
