Just before I graduated from university, my brain was filled up with an idea of making MY company someday. Therefore, I never went through job hunting and I kept thinking how I start MY business. For my dream, I had to learn the sense for business and to know the system of a company. After thinking a while, I decided to be an EA. I thought it would be the most efficient way to my dream. Through my experience, the conclusion is "Company is Alive". This is an indispensable matter, but a person who had walked on the science field like me does never know it. When I was a freshmen, the higher accounting institute was established for a C.P.A. examination that was on the rise then. I entered it immediately to study bookkeeping, accounting, and business. I remember the interview of the institute. The interviewer asked me if I could study business because I had studied medical science until yesterday. I answered "I've studied many kinds of science, and now I understood how to study science. Medical science is a kind of science about the body of people. Then, I am going to study new science that is about the activity of people. I think I can study it because I understand what science is." However, life was not easy. Studying there was much harder than I had expected, especially in the subjects that I was not good at. On the other hand, I learned many precious things besides study in the institute. It will take long to tell you about the details, but studying there was worth bringing two lunch boxes. One day, my professor told me "The Industrial Bank of Japan, Limited, which was established to rehabilitate major enterprises after WW2, had finished its duty, and they will change their targets to smaller business. What do you think they should do?" There were staff members from the industrial bank, and I felt like I graduated from the field of technology science. Over 40 years have already passed since YAESU KEIKOGYO CO.,LTD was established. Recently, time has been going so fast, and needs have been subdivided. People are changing as time changes. Business is changing as people changes. I really hope YAESU KEIKOGYO CO.,LTD is a man who is in accord with society. It sounds like normal, but, actually, it must be very difficult, however, our philosophy can be the only energy to realize the word.
